You can book your photo session by phone or email.

To best prepare for the shoot and understand your expectations, we will organize a meeting (in-person or via Zoom) during which we will agree on a theme and artistic direction. A confirmation of the date and time will also be decided.

The photographer and their team, which consists of one or two assistants, a makeup artist, and an optional stylist.

50% of the photo session fee is required to confirm your booking. The balance will be due on the day of the photo session.

Yes, the shooting date can be changed up to seven days before the scheduled date. A new date will be arranged based on respective schedules.

You are free to bring the clothes you love and feel comfortable in, prioritizing timeless basics. A robe will be provided for your convenience. Depending on the chosen theme, the photographer will give you recommendations.

Yes, you can bring your own makeup artist or stylist, but it needs to be approved by the photographer. You also have the option to do your own makeup or get it done before arriving at the studio.

Yes, you can bring up to two guests maximum.

Yes, with the photographer's and the team's permission. Each photoshoot is a unique moment that deserves privacy and respect.

Yes, of course. the project is designed to be flexible. We welcome individual, couples, family, kids.

The studio is primarily based in Lisbon.

The studio can set up at your location or a place of your choice anywhere around the world whether on location or at a private venue, we can tailor our package to suit your needs. (Additional fees will apply)

The studio travels to different cities throughout the year during specific periods. For precise dates and locations, please refer to our schedule on our website and social media.

For print media and publications, you will be required to credit the studio Alain Richard Studio

In 3 days you will receive a broad pre-selection of images in low resolution. You can send us you final selection for retouching. Then within a week we will send you the retouched, high resolution images via upload.

Once your order has been placed, it may take two to three weeks for your order to be delivered, depending on your location.

Both options are possible. You can pick up your print directly at the studio in Lisbon or have it delivered to your home by DHL.

If the chosen print has a defect, a complaint must be filed, and a request for a reprint will be sent to the lab.
